The Pilates classes are excellent, you are assessed and your goals or injuries are fully taken into account.  The teachers are just brilliant and as the classes are small they allow for more 1 on 1 time helping you to improve steadily to reach your goals. When I started the classes I had hip pain 90% of the time, now I am pain free and have improved my overall fitness levels (I did 2 classes a week, 1 Matt and 1 Springboard).  The other thing that’s so brilliant about the classes is that are inclusive to all ages, body types etc, there is always positive reinforcement and a friendly atmosphere while encouraging you to challenge yourself to meet your goals, I would definitely recommend these classes to anyone!
